Purpose: To help create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere of hospitality for all who are present during liturgical celebrations, and to ensure that the liturgy runs smoothly. Ushers greet people as they arrive, adjust lighting, coordinate the Offertory collection and presentation of Offertory gifts, and distribute weekly church bulletins after Mass. 

Time Commitment: Ushers serve approximately once every 3-4 weeks. They should plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to the Mass, and expect to stay about 10 minutes after Mass. 

Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years old, and be dependable, friendly and outgoing.
